Location: Near Tunbridge Wells - rural location, must be a driver
Salary: -25,000 - -28,000 per annum

Our Client is hiring a Telesales / Lead Generator to join a friendly, supportive team-on a flexible contract basis with a genuine chance to go permanent for the right person and the potential to progress and develop your career.

What you will be doing:
* Making outbound calls to generate leads and create new sales opportunities
* Converting interest into qualified conversations and progressing leads through to the next stage
* Building rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people
* Working to targets and using a proactive approach to improve outcomes
* Providing a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction

What you will bring:
* Confident, clear communicator with a friendly phone presence
* A natural persuader-able to engage people and keep conversations moving
* Comfortable working to targets and staying motivated day to day
* Professional and reliable, with a calm approach to handling objections
* The willingness to adapt your style to different customers

Additional information:
* Contract options available: 3 month FTC / 6 month FTC, with potential to lead to permanent employment for the right person
* Our Client is also open to a TTP arrangement depending on your situation
* Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
