Telephony Engineer (eDV Clearance)Role details:Contract: ASAP start until March 2027Location: Hybrid (on-site attendance as required during deployment, mostly London)Rate: negotiable - inside IR35Clearance: eDV Clearance active is mandatoryKey responsibilities:Configure, test, and deploy enterprise telephony and unified communications solutionsSupport telephony migration activities including number porting and legacy decommissioningTroubleshoot telephony, call routing, and integration issuesSupport cutovers, pilots, and phased site migrationsProduce technical documentation and as-built recordsSkills and experience:Proven experience as a Telephony / Voice Engineer in enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on knowledge of VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and call routingExperience with cloud telephony platforms (e.g. Teams Phone or equivalent)Background in telephony migration or transformation programmesStrong documentation and stakeholder communication ..... full job details .....
