Telephone Warm Sales

We are pleased to be recruiting a team of Telephone Sales Professionals to join our client in an exciting and busy role, on a Temporary basis leading up to Christmas. 13.50 rate of pay Excellent company to work with Busy, exciting role Weekly paid You may have worked in Telephone Customer Service, Telesales, Reception/Administration Support or similar roles before and now looking for a great opportunity for work in the run up to Christmas. Day-to-day, your role will involve a combination of Telephone Sales and Customer Support: - Making telephone and email outbound communication to previous and existing customers; - Entering and processing customer orders with a high degree of accuracy; - Supporting existing customers and identifying any new sales leads; - Managing communications across email, telephone and live chat; - Updating dispatch notes and keeping customers informed as to their delivery status; - Responding to customer reviews and managing feedback; - Upkeeping the CRM system; - Assisting with data entry, general office support and keeping documents updated; - And any other duties in line with the role to support the Sales, Customer Service and Administration functions of the business.
