Hold regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews. Coach on sales techniques and call quality. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Set and monitor KPIs for calls, talk time, and appointments. Analyse sales data and report performance. Drive sales targets and personal charge of high-value opportunities. Monitor calls for quality and ensure compliance. Develop sales strategies and process improvements. Collaborate with other departments for a consistent customer experience. Deliver training and identify development opportunities.
