They predominately work with UK-based house builders and housing associations speaking to their customers after they have moved into a new-build home. Full training will be provided, no previous call centre or research experience is required. THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING; customers will be expecting to complete our surveys. You will need to have excellent telephone and customer relations skills and be able to hold conversations with a variety of different customers. Job Responsibilities The successful candidates will be outgoing, confident individuals who are passionate about customer service. They will have excellent spelling, grammar and typing skills.
