£24,000 – £26,000 + Monthly Bonuses (OTE £30,000+) 
37.5 hours/week on rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00, Monday to Saturday 

Are you a confident communicator with experience in customer service, credit control, or call centres? Join a rapidly growing debt recovery organisation, where you’ll help individuals and businesses find realistic solutions to their financial challenges. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid debts 

• Discuss sensitive financial matters with empathy and professionalism 

• Log customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately 

• Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines 

• Hit performance targets in a team-focused contact centre 

• Ensure accuracy when processing customer payments 

About You: 

• Experience in a contact centre or credit control role 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Resilient and motivated by performance incentives 

• Confident using IT systems and multitasking tools 

• Willing to make outbound calls and manage tough conversations 

• Excellent problem-solving and information-gathering abilities
