— Fully remoteSalary £25K per annum plus excellent benefitsOur client, a specialist mortgage lender, is seeking a Telephone Account Manager. This is a customer-centric, sales-orientated role. You will be the first point of contact for broker customers, delivering exceptional customer service in a timely manner. To be successful, you will be a persuasive communicator with a strong commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

Client Management:

Build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored mortgage solutions.

Lead Generation:

Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

Manage queries via calls and digital channels, resolving issues and providing product guidance.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities.

Collaboration:

Partner with KAMs, underwriting, and processing teams to ensure smooth applications and excellent service.

Qualifications

Mortgage industry background is essential (from a telephone sales, account management, or customer service position).

Strong communication skills with proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

A target-driven, self-motivated attitude with negotiation and objection handling skills.

High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
