Telemetry Controller - NI Water Belfast The primary focus of the role is to provide a central control operations service for NI Water on a 24/7 basis. The Telemetry Controller will make a positive contribution to the achievement of NI Water''s Key Performance Indicators, which include customer satisfaction, regulatory and environmental compliance. About the role: £16.50 per hour, plus 24% allowance (£20.46 per hour) Location: Westland House, Belfast Duration: Full-Time Temporary up to 12 months Working Pattern: 4-on / 4-off shift pattern (12-hour shifts including a 1-hour break) This role will require you to participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rota) Please note closing date for this vacancy is 12 noon on Friday 9th October 2026. What you''ll be doing in this role: Proactively monitor and analyse trends on telemetry systems, to allow early recognition of real time events, enabling field staff to respond and resolve quickly, mitigating impact on customers. React to telemetry alarms in accordance with the Alarms Acceptance Process, escalating where appropriate. Monitor the Lone worker and Security Management Systems, following documented procedures to facilitate the welfare of NI Water employees / contractors and security of our assets.
