Key Responsibilities:* Provide support for telemetry and business applications.* Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and problem tickets in line with agreed service levels.* Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.* Support BAU operations, application enhancements, and transition activities.* Liaise with Service Desk and Service Delivery teams to ensure effective support processes.* Perform database configuration and maintenance activities in line with established standards.* Support project activities by providing effort estimates and technical input where required.* Maintain knowledge articles, configuration information, and support documentation.* Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.Key Skills andamp; Experience:* Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or L2 Support roles.* Experience managing service requests, incidents, and problem management ..... full job details .....
