Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our client’s dynamic team on a temporary but ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys engaging with customers and generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Promoting products/services and generating leads
- Handling objections professionally and persuasively
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Meeting targets and contributing to team success

Requirements:

- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations positively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
