Telesales/ Telemarketer
Immediate Start - Initally 2 week temporary 
Birmingham based 
Monday-Friday  9:00am - 17:00pm 
£14 Per hour 

Our well-established client based in the City Centre of Birmingham are seeking a telemarketer to join their team on a ongoing temporary basis
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a household renovation business who are offering a very competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour dependant on experience.
 
The successful telemarketer will be responsible for:

- Outbound sales calls using warm leads 
- Booking in Design Meetings and passing these onto the Sales Teams 
- Responding to customer emails 
- Update the computer systems with all relevant information
- Assisting with any other duties as required by the client.

 
Experience required for the Telemarketer role:

- Professional telephone manner
- Solid experience of making outbound calls or Excellent Customer service Contact centre experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- IT savvy and be proficient in Microsoft packages (outlook, word, excel etc)
- Be able to accurately input data

 The role of Telesales/ Telemarketer is for an immediate start with working hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
