The Role As a Telemarketer / Lead Generation Executive, you''ll be responsible for generating qualified appointments for the Business Development team through proactive outbound calling. Your responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to prospective SME clients. Speaking with business owners, IT Managers and key decision-makers. Identifying business needs and generating qualified sales appointments. Managing follow-up activity and nurturing prospects. Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system. Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and appointment targets. Building strong relationships with potential clients through a consultative approach.
