We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Clinical Mental Health Therapist or ACMHC to join our team and provide remote counseling services to our diverse clientele.

ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:

As a Telehealth Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Peak Mental Health and Wellness, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients through Telehealth platforms. You will be responsible for conducting remote therapy sessions, offering support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions to help clients manage their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Conduct remote therapy sessions via secure Telehealth platforms.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, or other modalities, based on client needs.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.

Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mental health and attend required training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

State licensure as a mental health therapist ( CMHC, ACMHC, LPC, LCSW, or similar) in the Utah where you will provide services.

Experience or desire to learn in providing mental health therapy, with a preference for Telehealth experience.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Proficiency in using Telehealth platforms and technology.

Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
