This is a long-term contract offering steady hours on a busy commercial build. You will oversee site movement and material management, working closely with the Site Manager and principal contractors to keep daily operations running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Operating a telescopic handler safely and efficiently on a commercial construction site. Receiving, unloading, and staging incoming commercial deliveries (structural steel, concrete components, cladding, insulation, specialist systems). Transporting materials to precise locations on site to support various sub-contractors and specialist trades. Performing mandatory daily plant pre-checks, logging maintenance checks, and keeping the machine in clean, safe working order. Strictly following site safety protocols, including load capacity limits, banksman instructions, and pedestrian exclusion zones.
