About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator to work on a new build apartment project in Sunderland. This is a great opportunity to join a busy site team on a well-established residential development, offering steady work and consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site
• Moving materials and equipment around site to support trades and site operations
• Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials
• Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of the machine
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
• Previous experience working on new build residential or apartment developments
• Strong awareness of health and safety on construction sites
• Ability to work well as part of a site team
• Reliable and punctual
