Telehandler

We are currently seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator to start on 16th March 2026 for ongoing work in Carlisle.

This role is working with a flooring system company on a substation project.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket

• Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites

• Full PPE (mandatory):

  • High visibility trousers

  • High visibility jacket/top

  • Hard hat

  • Safety boots

  • Gloves and safety glasses

• Ability to work safely within a live substation environment

• Strong awareness of site health & safety procedures

Duties Include:

• Operating telehandler safely and efficiently

• Assisting site team with material movement

• Supporting flooring installation teams as required

• Daily machine checks and basic maintenance
