Telecoms Civil Project Coordinator £29,000-£30,000 Permanent I''m recruiting on behalf of an established telecommunications infrastructure business for a Telecoms Civil Project Coordinator to support FTTH civil engineering projects from initial survey and mobilisation through to construction, reinstatement, handover and close-out. This is a hands-on coordination role where you''ll help keep projects organised, on schedule and fully documented. Working closely with project teams, site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and local authorities, you''ll monitor progress, manage information and escalate risks or delays. Key Responsibilities Coordinate FTTH civils projects from survey and mobilisation through to construction, reinstatement, handover and close-out. Maintain project trackers, build programmes, action logs, document registers, risk and issue logs, permit trackers, defect logs, site records and reporting schedules. Liaise with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, site teams, civil gangs, fibre teams, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, local authorities and statutory undertakers. Coordinate streetworks permits, notices, traffic management requirements, drawings, project packs, specifications, method statements, risk assessments and inspection records. Monitor build milestones, update progress records and identify delays, blockers and permit constraints. Escalate project risks, delays and issues promptly.
