Job Title: Telecoms Maintenance EngineerLocation: Based in Fife, Scotland (Field-based, covering Scotland and North England) Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience + Company van providedJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day within our operating hours of 08:00 to 18:00, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a field-based role focused primarily on telecoms and connectivity, with a basic IT support element.You''ll install, maintain and troubleshoot hosted voice, telephony and connectivity solutions, attending both planned installations and reactive service calls. You''ll become a trusted face for our partners, providing excellent customer service while taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.Travel is required, including occasional overnight stays.
