You don''t need a telecoms background.Our client is particularly keen to hear from Network, Systems, Infrastructure or IT Engineers who have strong networking experience and want to cross-train into Telecoms, VoIP and Unified Communications.The RoleYou''ll work across customer sites, installing, configuring and supporting a range of telecoms, VoIP and networking solutions, as well as providing remote and onsite technical support.You''ll be responsible for troubleshooting faults, delivering installations and upgrades, liaising directly with customers and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.What We''re Looking For3+ years'' experience in an IT, Networking, Systems or Engineering roleStrong LAN/WAN and IP networking knowledgeConfident troubleshooting technical issuesGood customer-facing and communication skillsComfortable working independently at customer sitesKeen to learn and develop within Telecoms and VoIPFull UK driving licenceExperience with VoIP, SIP, IP Telephony, Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, VMware or Linux would be advantageous, but telecoms experience is not essential if you have a strong systems/networking background.Why Apply?This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT or Network Engineer who wants to broaden their ..... full job details .....
