Telecoms Engineer

DCS Recruitment currently seek an experienced telecoms cabling engineer in Lancaster on behalf of a national communications infrastructur provider.

Immediate starts available.

The engineers on site will be preparing for fibre optics into nodes (aka ''bullets'') for a public sector network upgrade. No fibre splicing will be required. This is the installation, and future proofing for, fibre optic cabling.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a valid CSCS/ECS/EUSR - industry related accreditation is preferred e.g. telecommunications, datacoms, network infrastructure, cabling installer
• Hold a valid IPAF 3a&3b
• Have their own hand tools and PPE

You will be asked to provide relevant work references and proof of right to work prior to start.
