The Role

As a Telecommunications Trainer, you’ll:

• Deliver engaging training to learners on IT & Telecoms Diplomas (Levels 2 and 3).
• Share your practical knowledge to bring learning to life.
• Support and guide learners through their training journey.
• Help build confidence, skills, and readiness for the workplace.
• Work with a team that values quality, learner success, and your own development.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in telecoms (fibre, networks, field engineering, or similar).
• A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Passion for developing others and sharing your skills.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Willingness to complete a teaching qualification (fully supported by us).
