What You''ll Be Doing The Southwark Telecare service is looking for 1 x assessment officers to join our established Telecare Team. You will bring your existing knowledge and expertise to provide an enhanced Telecare service to the wider Community. Technology Enabled Care is a growing and exciting sector within Social Care and offers opportunities for developing your skills and knowledge. As an experienced assessor, you will complete Technology assessments in the community and identify creative solutions including the provision of Telecare, stand alone assistive technologies and Hearing Impairment home based Equipment to enable services users to remain in ..... full job details .....
