Technology Training and Support Analyst

About the role This role is a combination of training and support. Our IT Operations and Data, Digital, and Technology Transformation teams help staff and volunteers across AIUK get the most out of the tools they use every day, from Microsoft Copilot to our Knowledge Hub and Salesforce CRM. As our Technology Training and Support Analyst, you''ll be at the heart of that: running engaging training sessions, building clear guides and resources, and helping people feel confident with the technology behind our work. You''ll also provide day to day 1st and 2nd line technical support, keeping things running smoothly when issues come up and getting involved with IT projects. You''ll play a key role in our Salesforce project between September 2026 and September 2027, working with our implementation partner to shape training for the new CRM and helping test it as it''s built. It''s a role with real human rights impact. Every guide you write and session you run helps our colleagues do their campaigning, research, and advocacy work better.
