Technology Team Lead

Arcas is working with a growing IT consultancy that delivers onsite technical services to a wide range of clients across London. They''re looking for a hands-on Technology Team Lead to take ownership of day to day technical operations, lead a small team, and act as the escalation point during high-pressure situations.This role is ideal for someone who has stepped up as a team lead or senior engineer within an IT or network support environment and enjoys being the person people rely on when things get busy.What you''ll be doingLeading and coordinating a small technical team across client sitesActing as the senior escalation point for IT and network issuesTroubleshooting WiFi, switching, connectivity and infrastructure problemsPrioritising and managing incidents in fast-moving environmentsWorking closely with clients, stakeholders and vendorsEnsuring smooth technical delivery during peak periodsTaking ownership of issues and guiding others through resolutionWhat we''re looking forExperience as an IT Team Lead, Senior IT Engineer, Network Support Lead, Senior Field Engineer, or similarStrong grounding in networking fundamentals (WiFi, switches, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, patching)Someone who stays calm, clear and decisive under pressureConfident communicator who can coordinate people and manage expectationsHands-on problem solver who enjoys being the go-to personComfortable working onsite in dynamic, sometimes high-pressure environmentsWhy this roleHigh visibility and real ownershipA ..... full job details .....
