White Glove Onside IT Support - Global Law Firm City of London We are partnering with our client, one of the largest Global Law Firms, as they look to recruit an experienced IT Support professional to join their expanding London team. This team provides onsite IT support to users and guests in their City of London office with a proactive customer care focus. This is a permanent role A leader in their sector, they are shortly moving to new larger offices where they have made huge investments in order to enhance the working environment. Technology plays a large part in this. You must have very recent or current experience in providing technology support within the Legal sector support to be considered. This is a varied front facing role, and you will be part of a team offering support across hardware, software, applications and systems. Alongside troubleshooting issues, you will also be tasked with activities such as setting up, configuring, and installing software on PC''s, laptops, mobile devices, printers and networking equipment. Proud of the white glove/hotel style experience they offer, you will evidence excellent commitment to customer care.
