The Opportunities

Focusing on the-USA market, they-are hiring experienced recruiters into three specialist areas:

Principal MarTech

  • Recruit into marketing & advertising technology markets.

  • Join a consultative, ego-free team with a dedicated, successful- MarTech podcast-

  • Average fee: -30,000 with many at -50,000+-.

Principal Artificial Intelligence

  • Partner with San Fransisco Bay Area VC-backed start-ups and global tech leaders.

  • Place world-class talent many- from ex-OpenAI, DeepMind, and FAANG backgrounds.

  • Candidate packages often exceed $5m, with fees regularly over -100k.

  • Dedicated AI podcast featuring industry leaders (incl. DeepMind researchers).

Principal Cyber (GTM, Product & Engineering)

  • Recruit for start-ups, scale-ups, and PE/VC-backed cyber businesses.

  • Average fee -30,000, with regular six-figure projects supported by strong case studies and delivery track record.
