Technology Innovation Manager 80,000- 90,000 + discretionary bonus London HybridDo you love exploring new technology, testing new ideas and figuring out how they can actually make a difference to a business?This could be right up your street.I''m looking for a Technology Innovation Manager to help bring new technology solutions to life across a large UK and Ireland operation.And this definitely isn''t about innovation for innovation''s sake.It''s about finding technology that solves genuine business problems and then making it happen.You''ll work closely with teams across Technology, Product, Innovation and the wider business, helping take existing enterprise solutions and get them successfully adopted across the UK and Ireland.You''ll also be looking for gaps.Where could technology make things better? Where is there a problem without an existing solution? Could a new piece of technology help?You''ll help turn those questions into pilots and proof of concepts, working with central technology and innovation teams to test ideas, measure the results and understand whether they could work on a bigger scale.I''m looking for somebody who:Has experience delivering and scaling technology solutionsHas worked in innovation, technology enablement, product operations, consulting or a similar environmentHas experience with pilots, POCs or introducing new technologyIs seriously good with stakeholdersCan work comfortably between technical and non-technical teamsIs happy taking ownership ..... full job details .....
