Technology Director

I am working with a successful and scaling Norwich-based business that is looking to appoint a Technology Director to join its senior leadership team. The business is moving from being digitally native to adopt more AI practice - embedding AI, automation, data and technology more deeply across the organisation. You will lead the Data, AI, Infrastructure and Development teams, own the technology roadmap and make sure the business has the platforms, capability and structure to support continued growth. You will also act as an ambassador for technology across the business, working with senior stakeholders to identify where technology can improve efficiency, create commercial value and support new client opportunities.
