Technology Delivery Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Delivery Manager to join our Business Change and IT Team at a pivotal point in our digital transformation journey. As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a diverse portfolio of small change enhancements, improvements and non-standard requests that support both operational efficiency and organisational objectives. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers, you will ensure that technology investments deliver genuine value for colleagues and residents. This role sits within the Business Change function and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into outcomes, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring that change is delivered in a controlled, collaborative and customer-focused way What we are looking for You may currently be working as a Technology Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role.
