Work with our global delivery network to manage complex and large-scale technology projectsImplement large-scale Business Transformations across key UK Energy and Utilities clients, supporting end-to-end Business Transformations rather than just technical solutionsProvide solutions to real-world problems in the Energy and Utilities industries, working at the forefront of topical areasAs a Technology Delivery Lead, you will:Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on time and on budgetManage end-to-end technical delivery across the entire delivery lifecycleDevelop and manage high performing, diverse and dispersed teamsProvide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation workEffectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependenciesWork closely with clients to align expectations with delivery plansDevelop and manage end-to-end delivery plansBe comfortable executing delivery across Scrum, Kanban, and WaterfallMaintain knowledge of the latest technology trends and apply them in day-to-day operationsQualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:Experience of working within the Energy and Utilities Industry sector is EssentialProven ability to manage entire projects or phases across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test) and manage budgetsExperience leading projects using Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings such as SalesforceExperience using different delivery methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and WaterfallUnderstanding of Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency ManagementStrong communication skills with experience working with Energy or Utilities clients and ideally with delivery teams in multiple global locationsStrong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams and prioritiesExperience line-managing resources and coordinating project teamsSet yourself apart:Experience managing complex deliveries across multiple suppliers with dependenciesExperience leading projects using Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS offerings (Salesforce)Cloud/Industry and Programme Management certificationsDemonstrated strong Technical and Emotional QuotientWhat’s in it for you
