Strong communication and client-facing skills with 10–15 years of experience in the Data Engineering space (PySpark, ADF, Databricks, SQL)Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutionsHands-on experience creating conceptual diagrams and developing data modelsExpertise in Medallion architecture using Azure ServicesProficiency with Erwin for data modelingAbility to guide the data engineering team after requirement gathering using ADF, Databricks, Python, JSON, and YAMLSkilled in preparing source-to-target mapping designs/documentsGood team collaboration skillsStrong understanding of dimensional modeling, normalization, data harmonization, and schema designExcellent communication, problem-solving, and technical project management abilitiesExperience deploying code artifacts using GitHub Workflows/Actions and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of Log Analytics and KQL queries is a plusFamiliarity with configuration settings using JSON filesSeniority level
