This is an opportunity to play an important role in maintaining and improving the digital systems that support our work, including Microsoft 365, both websites and case management system, DPMS. The role will be equally split between RCSL and LSC. You will manage our day-to-day technology needs, working closely with colleagues and our external technical support provider, to resolve issues, maintain systems and identify improvements. You will also help colleagues use technology confidently by providing practical support, guidance and training.
