Technician Safety Product Testing Location: Kettering, NorthamptonshireSalary: Up to £26,000 per annumHours: 37.5 hours per weekJob Type: PermanentReference: 44/26Interaction Recruitment is working with a leading technical testing and research organisation to recruit a Technician Safety Product Testing to join its established Safety Product Testing team in Kettering.The Opportunity The successful candidate will join a team responsible for testing a wide range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for customers across the UK and internationally.The department operates accredited laboratories with specialist testing equipment, assessing PPE against International and European standards to ensure products meet required levels of protection.Products tested include: Gloves and hand protectionFall protection equipmentMotorcycle garmentsHigh-visibility clothingSafety eyewearHelmetsHearing protectionChainsaw garmentsKneepadsSports protectionA wide range of other PPE products This is a practical and varied opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with equipment and following detailed testing procedures.
