Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic
Location: Worcester Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday To Friday 08:00 to 17:30 & Saturday 08:30 to 13:00 on Rota

The Role
As a key part of our workshop, you will be responsible for keeping our customers moving by delivering high-quality service and repairs.
·Diagnostics: Using the latest tools to identify faults accurately.
·Maintenance: Performing servicing, repairs, and general maintenance to manufacturer standards.
·Quality: Accurately documenting service work and repairs.
·Safety: Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and manufacturer standards.

What We Need From You
·Qualification: You MUST hold an NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
·Experience: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic.
·Tools: You must possess your own comprehensive tool kit.
·License: A Full UK Manual Driving License is essential.
·Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK; we cannot offer sponsorship.
·Desirable: MOT License is a bonus but not essential - we can support skilled technicians to gain accreditation.
