Salary: Up to £36,000 DOE | £45K + Uncapped Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle is completed efficiently and right first time.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance
·Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
·Completing repairs to manufacturer standards
·Performing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
·Completing warranty repairs and pre-delivery inspections
·Road testing vehicles where required
·Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
·Working closely with the wider workshop team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
·Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
About You
You''ll ideally have:
·NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
·3 Years Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Motor Vehicle Technician
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Experience working to manufacturer standards
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
·Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
·A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
