Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm | Every other Saturday, 8:30am-1:00pm

Offering a salary of £36,000, negotiable depending on experience, this is a great opportunity for a technician with strong mechanical skills and experience carrying out more complex repairs.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles.
The role will include:
·Carrying out routine servicing and vehicle maintenance
·Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
·Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
·Carrying out clutch replacements and repairs
·Completing timing chain repairs and replacements
·Carrying out general mechanical repairs and component replacement
·Conducting vehicle inspections and health checks
·Identifying additional faults and recommending required repairs
·Completing work accurately and efficiently
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship and vehicle safety
·Working as part of a professional workshop team
 
About You
We''re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic with strong mechanical knowledge and the confidence to tackle more complex repairs.
You''ll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
·Strong mechanical servicing and repair experience
·Clutch repair and replacement experience
·Timing chain repair and replacement experience
·Good diagnostic and fault-finding ability
·Experience using diagnostic equipment
·Strong attention to detail
·A professional and reliable approach
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Full UK Driving Licence
