Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Up to £40,000 Basic Salary | OTE Up to £44,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | Saturdays on a Rota 8:30am - 1:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic, you''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while maintaining manufacturer standards and ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work efficiently

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

• Completing repairs in line with manufacturer specifications

• Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required

• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards

• Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards

• Working closely with the wider workshop team to deliver excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction

 

About You

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years'' experience within the automotive industry

• Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills

MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential

• Your own tools and toolbox

Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)

Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
