Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Technician 3!Job Overview: As a Tech 3, you will be providing advanced hands-on technical support to employees through a walk-up IT Tech Bar service, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, and assisting with a wide range of IT-related requests.Location: Redditch B98 7UBContract Dates: 1 June 2026 - 31st May 2027Pay Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £19.85 PAYE) OR £25.75 per hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours a week)Key ResponsibilitiesProvides hands-on technical support to employees through a walk-up IT Tech Bar serviceActs as a first point of contact for resolving IT-related issuesDiagnoses and resolves hardware-related problems (desktops, laptops, peripherals)Troubleshoots and fixes software-related issuesAssists employees with general IT requests and queriesEnsures a smooth and efficient support experience for end-usersDemonstrates a strong customer service mindsetTakes a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesUtilises strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of IT problemsAdditional InformationInterview Process: Online/In-PersonHow to Apply: If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
