Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Technician 3.Job Overview: Seeking an on-site IT support resource in Bristol to assist with laptop deployments. The role involves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users during setup.Location: BristolContract: 05-May-26 - 28-May-27Mandatory check: SC Clearance Pay Rates:Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hourHours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday - Friday.Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.Manage and maintain on-site stock, including inventory control and regular audits.Perform hardware builds and configuration tasks as required.Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.Collaborate closely with the OFS Team Manager on all operational matters.Requirements:Proven experience in a technical support or IT engineering role.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with ITSM tools and stock management processes is desirable.
