Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Engineer (L3). Job Overview: Role: IT Support Engineer (L3). Location: Derby Contract: 01-Sep-2026 - 31-Dec-2026 Pay Rates: Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company). PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour Work schedule: Monday to Friday. Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Managing and following-up administrative tasks. Incident and request management On-site Support Engineer UK to deliver high-quality 2nd-level desktop support within a corporate and production IT environment. In this customer-facing role, you will support end-user devices and workplace technology, manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, coordinate hardware replacements and repairs, and maintain accurate asset and stock records. You will work closely with users, service teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders to provide structured, reliable and professional on-site IT support across UK customer locations.
