Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a technician 3.Job Overview: We are seeking SC-cleared Deployment Engineers to support the Project Manager on-site as part of project, a large-scale Windows 11 laptop refresh programme. The role will involve deploying new devices, providing hands-on desk side support, and assisting end users with any post-deployment issues to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.Location: HMNB Devonport - PlymouthDaily Rate: £19.85/hr PAYE, £25.75/hr UMBContract Length: 08th June 2026 till 01st July 2026Key Responsibilities:Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops in line with project build standardsPerform device setup, imaging, application installation, and user handoverProvide on-site desk side support to end users during and after deploymentTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Windows 11 OSUser profiles and accessConnectivity, peripherals, and applicationsWork closely with the Project Manager to meet rollout schedules and priorities.Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams where requiredAccurately record deployments, issues, and resolutionsEnsure devices meet security, compliance, and asset management requirementsKey Requirements:Proven experience in Windows laptop deployments or refresh projects Strong working knowledge of: Windows 10/11Desk side / End User SupportDevice configuration and troubleshootingExperience supporting users in busy on-site environments Ability to communicate clearly with ..... full job details .....
