Job Overview:We are seeking tworeliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Associates to work on-site atthe customer''s location. The successful candidates will be responsible forsupporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock handling,timely order processing, and maintaining a high standard of service forinternal customer requests. Location: Ipswich: Aquarius Building,Adastral Park, Martlesham HeathDaily Rate: £13.66/hr - PAYE, £17.73/hr -UMBContract Length:13th April 2026 till 15th February 2027 Key Responsibilities Receipting Requests:Monitor and receive incoming requests via the Customer''s request management tool.Validate request details and ensure they are processed promptly.Picking andamp; Packing:Accurately pick products based on request requirements.Prepare items safely and efficiently for dispatch.Despatch andamp; Courier Coordination:Book courier services for outgoing shipments.Generate and affix shipping labels and documentation.Ensure timely handover to courier partners.Tracking andamp; Documentation:Update each request with accurate and complete details, including tracking numbers and dispatch confirmations.Maintain clear and traceable records of all transactions.Stock Management:Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.Identify low-stock items and support replenishment activities.Assist in organising and maintaining clean, safe, and ..... full job details .....
