Technical Writer to join our team in London for a 6-month contract.

In this role, you''ll bridge the gap between technical complexity and user understanding, ensuring our support staff and customers have the high-quality documentation they need to succeed.

What You''ll Do

• Demystify the Complex: Translate intricate data and business specifications into user-friendly manuals, how-to guides, and assembly instructions.
• Investigate & Collaborate: Gather insights through research, statistical reports, and interviews with our engineering and technical teams.
• Visualize Processes: Create document flow diagrams and develop comprehensive user-training materials.
• Quality Control: Review and edit existing technical documents for grammar, style, and content accuracy.
• Document Requirements: Map out business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
