THE OPPORTUNITY A well-established live-events and AV rental business is creating a brand new Technical Warehouse Manager role as part of an operational restructure. This is not a traditional warehouse job. You will run the technical hub that prepares and returns professional rental equipment for live events, leading a team of around 20 to 25 people and protecting a high-value inventory. THE ROLE Reporting to the Operations Director, you will own the day-to-day operation, performance and standards of the technical warehouse hub, leading the hub team, coordinating prep and de-prep, safeguarding the equipment and making sure operational deadlines are consistently met. The operational challenge is real: high-value kit on fast turnaround cycles, with the full prep, dispatch, return, de-prep and restock loop sometimes inside 24 to 48 hours.
