The role offers a salary of -41,096 (L34) to -44,165 (L37), depending on qualifications and experience. Technical Tutor - Plumbing We are looking for a proactive and organisedindividualtosupportand mentor a caseload of Plumbing apprentices across our Slough and Langley campus.In this rewarding role, you will coach learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours, helping them succeed in the workplace and achieve their end point assessments. You will work closely with both apprentices and employers, carrying out regular progress reviews and using digital tools such as e portfolios and Microsoft Teams to track development and ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements. Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating, along with an Assessor Award (CAVA/A1) or be willing to work towards one.
