You ll manage a caseload of electrical apprentices, providing practical coaching, mentoring and assessment to help them develop their skills and prepare for End Point Assessment. This role would suit an experienced electrical assessor or tutor who enjoys working closely with apprentices and employers. The role Coach and assess electrical apprentices, providing clear feedback on their progress. Complete initial assessments and agree realistic learning plans. Conduct progress reviews every weeks with apprentices and their line managers, in person or remotely. Monitor off-the-job training and maintain accurate learner records. Work with employers, curriculum teams and assessment organisations to support apprentices through to completion. Identify additional learning needs and coordinate appropriate support. What you ll need An appropriate electrical degree and/or vocational qualification, including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S. An assessor award, such as A1 or equivalent... Permanent
