In this role, you will support apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they successfully achieve their qualifications in line with apprenticeship standards. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver, assess, and internally verify in-house engineering courses up to Level 2. * Assess and internally verify Level 3 competencies within company Service in accordance with apprenticeship standards. * Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of all components of the apprenticeship standard. * Mentor apprentices, supporting the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to meet programme standards. * Develop and maintain engineering training materials, including lesson plans and schemes of work. * Utilise OneFile to maintain accurate and efficient learner records, ensuring all evidence of learning is properly documented and compliant. * Review and enhance course content and delivery method...
