Plan and deliver training on machinery operation, programming, maintenance and repair. Create presentations, written guides and online courses. Use equipment manuals and your technical knowledge to make sure training materials are accurate. Explain mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and programming clearly. Give technical advice to colleagues and customers. Help customers use digital and telematics systems, including recording routes. Update courses when equipment or technical information changes.
