Job Description:We are seeking a confident legal professional for the role of Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ Years PQE. This position offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE). JOB REF: 0609

Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 Years PQE seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities include drafting contract report letters for new development sites and sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.

Review development documentation for residential sales and mortgage security compliance.

Provide expert guidance on legal issues, ensuring departmental compliance and risk mitigation.

Maintain strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
