Technical Team Leader

Residential Conveyancing

5+ years PQE . This role offers

Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
Responsibilities include drafting contract report letters for new development sites and sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.
Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security.
Provide expert guidance on legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Maintain strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
